摘　　要：目前已在卵巢癌细胞株、疫卵巢癌组织及晚期卵巢癌患者腹水中发现了卵巢癌干细胞,并证实可能参与卵巢癌的发生发展,是卵巢癌转移、复发和逃逸免化疗机制的根源。随着对卵巢癌干细胞生物学行为的深入研究,有望产生新的治疗策略,其中用免疫方法靶向卵巢癌干细胞可能成为一种重要手段。中医在临床上治疗卵巢癌的原则以扶正固本,祛毒攻邪为主,从而提高机体的免疫功能。可在用免疫方法靶向卵巢癌干细胞治疗卵巢癌中发挥重要作用。Currently ovarian cancer stem cells were found in ovarian cancer cell line, ovarian cancer and patients with advanced ovarian cancer ascites, it may he involved in the tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer, and it is the root of metastatic ovarian cancer, recurrence and escape from chemotherapy mechanism. With the deep research on the biological behavior of ovarian cancer stem cells, new treatment strategies were expected to produced, immunological methods targeting ovarian cancer stem cells may be an important measure. The clini- cal principle of the treatment of ovarian cancer in Chinese medicine is strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil, so as to improve the body＇s immune function. Chinese medicine may play an important role in the treatment of ovarian cancer cells to ovarian cancer by immune method in target.
