君安汤治疗冠心病心绞痛60例

摘　　要：目的观察君安汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效,探讨其治疗机理。方法将符合临床标准入选的120例病例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用君安汤进行治疗,疗程四周,观察临床表现、心电图改变、安全性等指标,对数据进行统计分析。结论在常规药物治疗基础上加用君安汤治疗,疗效更好,安全性高,值得进一步研究。Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Jun’an decoction on the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, as well as to discuss the therapeutic mechanism. Methods According to the inclusion criteria, 120 cases were were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the controlled group. There were 60 cases in each group. The controlled group received conventional medicine, while the treatment group was additionally added Jun ’an decoction. All patients were applied treatments for 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms, ECG results and safety were observed. All data were analyzed with statistical analysis methods. Conclusion Compared with conventional Western medicine therapy, Jun’an decoction combined with conventional Western medicine had shown significantly improvements regarding the clinical efficacy with coronary heart disease angina pectoris, had high safety, and was worthy of further research.
