夏氏除湿止痒软膏治疗湿热型肛周湿疹30例

摘　　要：目的观察夏氏除湿止痒软膏治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取60例肛周湿疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。将符合纳入标准60例肛周湿疹患者随机分为两组,即观察组(夏氏除湿止痒软膏)30例和对照组(派瑞松乳膏)30例,用药两周,观察患者渗出、瘙痒、皮损及综合症状,评估疗效。三个月后随访患者,观察复发率。结果治疗后两组患者总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗前症状总积分与治疗后症状总积分变化有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗前症状总积分与治疗后症状总积分变化有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对两组治疗三个月的复发情况作出比较分析,观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。夏氏除湿止痒软膏对湿热下注型肛周湿疹具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiashi Chushi Zhiyang ointment on the treatment of downward flow of damp-heat syndrome perianal eczema. Methods 60 patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 30 patients in the observation group were given Xiashi Chushi Zhiyang ointment. 30 patients in the control group were given Pevisone during2 weeks. The pruritus, rash form, eczema rash area and perianal infiltration liquid of patients were observed, and the clinical effect was estimated. 3 months later, the recurernce rate was observed, and patients were followed up. Results The total effective rate between the two groups has no statistical difference（ P〉0.05）. By contrasting the score of pruritus, rash form, eczema rash area and perianal infiltration liquid, the two group were remarkably improved（ P〈0.05）. The recurernce rate of the obserbation group was obviously lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Xiashi Chushi Zhiyang ointment had a superiror effect on treatment of perianal eczema with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome.
