麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗小儿湿疹31例

摘　　要：目的研究麻黄连翘赤小豆汤对小儿湿疹的治疗价值。方法选取62例小儿湿疹分为两组(各31例),一组为麻黄连翘赤小豆汤组,一组为地氯雷他定组。结果麻黄连翘赤小豆汤组治疗后症候总积分显著低于地氯雷他定组且低于治疗前,麻黄连翘赤小豆汤组治疗后瘙痒、皮损面积和皮损形态积分显著低于地氯雷他定组且低于治疗前,差异均显著性(P<0.05);麻黄连翘赤小豆汤组临床治疗总有效率显著高于地氯雷他定组(90.32%和67.74),差异显著性(P<0.05)。结论在治疗小儿湿疹临床上麻黄连翘赤小豆汤获得良好效果。Objective To study Mahuang Lianqian Chixiaodou decoction on the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods 62 cases of infantile eczema were divided into two groups（with 31 cases in each group）, Mahuang Lianqian Chixiaodou decoction group and deslorata-dine group. Results The total score of Mahuang Lianqian Chixiaodou decoction group was significantly lower than that of the deslorata-dine group, and was lower than that before treatment. Itch, lesion area and lesion form integral of Mahuang Lianqian Chixiaodou decoction group was significantly lower than that of the desloratadine group, and was lower than that before treatment; there were significant differ-ence（P〈0.05） The clinical total effective rate of Mahuang Lianqian Chixiaodou decoction group was significantly higher than that of thr desloratadine group（90.32% and 67.74）, and had significant of difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mahuang Lianqian Chixiaodou decoction on the treatment of infantile eczema obtained good effect.
