奥硝唑分散片联合丹黄祛瘀片加微波治疗盆腔炎51例

摘　　要：目的探讨针对盆腔炎患者,观察选择丹黄祛瘀片+微波治疗后的临床效果表现。方法选择2012年12月—2014年12月盆腔炎患者共130例。通过随机数表字法完成盆腔炎患者的随机分组。C1组(观察组65例):奥硝唑分散片配伍丹黄祛瘀片加微波进行治疗;C2组(对照组65例):临床选择奥硝唑分散片加微波治疗的方法。对比两组盆腔炎患者在临床治疗效果以及临床并发症等方面存在的差异。结果两组盆腔炎患者临床完成治疗后,在临床治疗总有效率方面,C1组盆腔炎患者明显高于C2组患者(P<0.05);在临床不良反应出现概率方面,C1组盆腔炎患者明显低于C2组患者(P<0.05)。结论针对盆腔炎患者,临床选择奥硝唑分散片配伍丹黄祛瘀片加微波方式对疾病进行干预,能够获得确切的临床治疗效果,凸显奥硝唑分散片配伍丹黄祛瘀片加微波对盆腔炎疾病进行治疗的临床价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danhuang Quyu tablet and microwave treatment on patients with pelvic inflammatory. Methods 130 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from December 2012 to December 2014. Completing randomized grouping of patients with pelvic inflammatory by random number table method. C1 group（ observation group of 65 cases） ：Ornidazole dispersible tablets compatibility Danhuang Quyu tablet combined with microwave treatment; group C2（ control group of 65cases） ： Ornidazole dispersible tablets combined with microwave therapy. Differences in the clinical treatment effect and clinical complications were compared between the two groups of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Results After treatment, the clinical total effective ratr of group C1 was higher than that of C2 group, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; the clinical adverse reactions of C1 group was lower than that of the C2 group, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, the clinical choice of Ornidazole dispersible tablets compatibility Danhuang Quyu tablets combined with microwave intervention on disease can obtain the exact curative effect, and highlight the clinical value on treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
