摘　　要：对近年来绝经女性冠心病病因病机、中医证候学特点、中医药防治等方面的研究进行了综述,以探索绝经女性冠心病的中医诊治思路,发挥中医药在防治绝经女性冠心病的优势。This article is designed to review the etiology and pathogenesis, characteristics of TCM syndromes, prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD） in menopausal women, and to explore the diagnosis and treatment of CHD with TCM and aim to play the advantage of TCM on the prevention and treatment of CHD in menopausal women.
