摘  要:目的:观察儿童小面积中厚皮片供区中厚皮片原位回植修复效果。方法:我院2011年1月-2014年6月,回植组的供皮区使用多切取的中厚皮片回植修复,总共14例,同时期,使用凡士林纱覆盖的传统方法,共15例,作为对照组。观察术后取皮区愈合时间,供皮区愈合后瘢痕情况。结果:回植组供区12.29±1.07天愈合,3个月瘢痕评分1.43±0.51分,部分皮片色素沉着。对照组供区18.60±1.96天愈合,3个月瘢痕评分6.93±0.88分,愈合后部分有起水泡,抓破等。2组创面愈合时间(P〈0.01),术后3个月瘢痕评分(P〈0.01),差别有统计学意义。结论:儿童小面积中厚皮片供区使用皮片原位回植修复,愈合时间较传统方法短,瘢痕相对较轻,具有较好的临床效果。Objective: To observe the restoration effect of backgrafting in situ with split - thickness dermal graft in the small graft - do- nor site in pediatric patients. Methods: 14 patients underwent backgrafting with multi -harvest split -thickness dermal graft in the donor area ( as the backgrafting group) from January 2011 to June 2014. Meanwhile, 15 patients underwent traditional repair with vaseline gauze dressing ( as the control group). Post - operative wound healing time in the harvest area and the scarring condition in the donor area were compared between the two groups. Results: Wound healing time of donor areas in the backgrafting group was 12.29 ± 1.07 days, and the scarring score was 1.43 ± 0.51 in 3 months, with pigmentation in some of the grafts. In the control group, it took 18.60 ± 1.96 days for the donor areas to heal, and the 3 - month scarring score was 6.93 ± 0.88. blisters and scratches were observed alter healing in certain cases. Conclusion: Compared with traditional method of repair, backgrafting in situ with split -thickness dermal graft in the small graft - donor site in children led to shorter healing time and less scar formation, and therefore had better clinical outcomes.
