摘 要:目的研究和评价一种新型快速测定饮用水中硫酸盐的全自动比浊法。方法基于氯化钡比浊法,该方法全自动取样、添加试剂、孵育、检测和处理数据。结果该方法测定范围分别为2~20 mg/L和20~100 mg/L,相关系数≥0.999 4,检出限为0.10 mg/L,日内重复测量的RSD为0.79%~3.2%,自来水加标回收率为98.4%~107%。对硫酸盐质控样品的测定结果均在标准定值范围内,相对误差为-1.6%~1.8%。结论新型全自动比浊法具有简便快速,高效准确等优点,样品和试剂用量少,节约环保,适合大批量水样中硫酸盐的快速测定与筛查。Objective To study and evaluate a new type of full-automatic turbidimetric method for rapid determination of sulfate in drinking water. Methods Based on national standard method for sulfate determination, the test range, precision and accuracy were studied and the operation was simplified. Results The test range of the method were 2-20 mg/L and 20-100 mg/L;The correlation coefficient was larger than 0.999 4; The detection limit of the method was 0.10 mg/L; RSDs were 0.79%-3.2%;The tap water recovery was 98.4%-107%. The results of sulfate quality control samples were in the standard setting value range and the relative error was-1.6%-1.8%. The sample results of the method were consistent with national standard method.Conclusion The new full-automatic turbidimetric method of sulfate in drinking water is simple, fast, accurate and with high precision, and it is applicable to rapid determination and screening of sulfate in drinking water.
