摘 要:考察采用电容法测试涤棉纱混纺比的可行性。对电容式均匀度仪传感器的工作原理进行了分析。纺制出了不同混纺比的涤棉纱,检测各混纺纱通过电容传感器时产生的电容变化量,建立混纺比与纱线单位线密度电压值的线性回归方程,分析电容变化量与混纺比的变化规律。根据化学溶解法检测混纺纱实际混纺比,以此验证电容法的准确性。结果表明:单位质量的混纺纱通过电容传感器时所产生的电压信号值与其混纺比呈线性关系。认为:电容法可用于纱线混纺比的检测,但由于组分纤维含水率、介电常数不相同,在采用电容法测试时应控制好影响纤维介电常数的各因素,避免测试结果出现较大误差。Feasibility of using capacitance method to test polyester cotton blending ratio was investigated. The working principle of tester sensor in capacitance type uniformity was analyzed. Polyester cotton blended yarns with different blending ratio were spun. Capacitance variations of each blended yarn through capacitance sensor were tested. Equation of linear regression of blending ratio and yarn voltage value of unit linear density was estab- lished. The change rule of capacitance variations and blending ratio was analyzed. According to the practical blend- ing ratio tested by chemical dissolution method, accuracy of capacitance method was verified. The test results show that there is a linear relationship between voltage value of blended yarn in unit weight through capacitance sensor and its blending ratio. It is considered that capacitance method can be used for the test of yarn blending ratio. However,because the fiber components have different moisture content and dielectric constant, elements affecting fiber dielectric constant should be well controlled when capacitance method is adopted for test so that larger deviation of test results can be avoided.
