摘　　要：总结当前浆纱机的技术发展趋势。介绍了2014年中国国际纺织机械展展出浆纱机所取得的技术进步成果,浆纱机总体进展在于宽幅化、多浆槽及多单元传动。认为:当前浆纱机浆槽主压浆辊趋向于横向加压,便于烘筒高架及纱线出浆槽无接触垂直上引,也利于安装湿分绞装置贴伏毛羽;减少压辊、减小浆槽并使浆槽可升降便于了机换轴;多单元传动中增加预烘烘筒的变频电机传动,并在预烘纱线合并引出的导辊上加装张力传感器,可实现湿区张力与伸长率的精细控制;浆纱机变频器、程控器及压浆辊包胶质量也有显著改进。Technology development tendency of current sizing machine was summarized. Technology im- provement of sizing machines in 2014 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition were introduced, The o- verall progress of sizing machine is on width increase, multi-sizing box and multi-unit transmission. It is consid- ered that main squeezing roller of current sizing machine tending to crosswise pressing is convenient for non-con- tacting vertically lifting of drying elevated and yarn out from sizing box. It is also beneficial to the installation of wet lease device for hairiness coverage. Reducing compression roller, reducing sizing box and easy rising and fall ing of size box are convenient for axle change of machine. Accurate control of tension and elongation in wet district can be achieved when variable frequency motor for pre drying drying drum is added in multi-unit drive and tensile sensor is additionally installed in leading roller from combing of pre-drying yarns. Remarkable improvements can be obtained in frequency changer of sizing machine, program controller and rubber covering quality of size pressing rollers.
