摘  要:探讨当前环保浆料研发方向。分析了环保浆料应具有的特征及在开发环保浆料中应注意的问题,介绍了目前环保浆料在上浆中的应用方法。指出:在浆料制造、上浆应用、退浆处理过程中都具有环保性的浆料方可称为环保浆料,其指标值应适合生态纺织品的相关要求。认为:目前环保浆料开发趋向于浆料高性能,并同时具有易退易降解性等性能。通过淀粉浆料品种、丙烯酸共聚浆料品种、乳化蜡组分的配合,能够获得适用于传统高温上浆工艺的环保浆纱技术体系;通过改进浆料使其应用于常温上浆新体系,经纱适应性更广且上浆过程更具节能性。Development direction of current environmental protection size mixture was discussed. Properties of environmental protection size mixture should have and problems should be paid attention to in its development were analyzed. The application methods of current environmental protection size mixture were introduced. It is pointed that size mixture who has environmental protection properties in all processes including size mixture production, sizing application and resizing treatment can he called as environmental protection size mixture. The index values should be satisfied the relative demands of ecological textiles. It is considered that the development of cur- rent environmental protection size mixture trend to high performance together with properties of easily resizing and easily degradation and so on. By the coordination of starch size variety, acrylic acid eopolymerization variety and emulsifying wax, environmental protection sizing system,which can be used in traditional sizing process at higher temperature can be obtained. By modifying size mixture to use it in new sizing system at normal temperature, warp adaptation can be wider and sizing process can save more energy.
