摘 要:以三聚氯氰和苯基次膦酸二丁酯为原料合成磷、氮协同阻燃剂2,4,6-三(O-丁基-苯基次膦酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪,探讨了加料速度、反应温度、反应时间及物质量比等对产率的影响,最佳反应条件为:三聚氯氰和苯基次膦酸二丁酯的摩尔比为1∶3.2,反应温度90℃,反应时间4 h,同时分馏出反应生成的氯丁烷,蒸馏出有机溶剂,得2,4,6-三(O-丁基-苯基次膦酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪,产率为94.7%。并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪和极限氧指数仪等分析手段对产物的分子结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明:产品具有良好的增塑、成炭和防熔融滴落效果。A new phosphorus and nitrogen synergistic flame retardant--2,4,6-three( O-hutyl-phenyl phosphinic acyl)-1, 3,5- triazine was prepared from tricyanogen chloride and phenyl hypophoaphoeous acid dibutyll. The effect of feeding speed, reaction temperature, reaction time and ratio of reaction materials on the reaction yield was discussed. The optimum reaction condition was selected as follow that n( tricyanogen chloride) :n(phenyl phosphonic acid dibutyl ) was 1: 3.2, reaction time was 4 h at 90 ~C with fractionating the chlorobutane generated by the reaction, the target products would be received after distilling organic solvents. Its reaction yield could reach 94.7%. Analytical means such as fourier transform infrared spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance instrument and limit oxygen index apparatus were used to characterize the molecular structure and performance of product. The results showed that the product had a good effect on plasticizing ,charring and anti- dripping.
