摘 要:采用聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)对交联聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行熔融共混改性研究,运用熔体流动速率仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子万能拉力机等表征手段对共混物的流变性能、结晶性能、相容性和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:随着PPC质量分数的增加,共混物的熔体黏度值不断增加,结晶度下降,相容性降低,拉伸强度降低,在PPC质量分数为40%时断裂伸长率为67.2%,比纯PBS提高了5.72倍,材料的韧性明显提高。The modification of blending irradiation crosslinked poly ( butylene succinate) and poly ( propylene carbonate) was studied. The rheological properties, crystallization properties, compatibility and mechanical properties of the blends were analyzed by flow rate, differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC), polarizing microscope (POM) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electronic universal testing machine. The results showed that with PPC content increasing, melt viscosity of the blend increased, degree of crystallinity decreased, compatibility declined,the tensile strength reduced. The elongation at break reached 67.2% when PPC content at 40% , about 5.72 times of pure PBS, it significantly improved the toughness of the material.
