摘  要:采用共沉淀法制备了十二烷基磺酸柱撑镁铝镧类水滑石,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)进行表征。将其应用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,利用刚果红试纸法、转矩流变仪等探讨了其对PVC热稳定性的影响,并通过紫外光谱分析了热稳定机理。结果表明:十二烷基磺酸柱撑镁铝镧类水滑石(简称产品)对PVC长期热稳定性较好。紫外光谱(UV)分析表明产品在加热初期可抑制PVC降解中短链共轭多烯的增长。产品与硬脂酸锌、季戊四醇复合使用时能产生良好的协同效应,可有效提高PVC热稳定性。Dodecyl sulfonate-pillared MgA1La hydrotalcite was synthesized by coprecipitation method. The structure was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectrum (FT-IR). Effect on the thermal stability for PVC was studied by Congo red testing method and torque rheometer. Thermal stability mechanism was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrum (UV). The results indicated that the product behaved good thermal stability for PVC. UV showed that the product could inhibit the increase of the content of the conjugated polyene with shorter chain length at the beginning of heating. The product that compounded with zinc stearate and pentaerythritol could produce a good synergistic effect and effectively improve the thermal stability of PVC.
