摘  要:采用Brabender单螺杆挤出机熔融共混挤出制备聚丁烯-1/线性低密度聚乙烯(PB-1/LLDPE)共混合金,借助扫描电镜、偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、电子万能试验机等分别对共混合金的相结构、结晶和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:共混合金中PB-1与LLDPE相之间具有一定的相互作用;LLDPE的添加导致PB-1晶体的细化,并提高了两组分结晶的完善性,拉伸强度与这两组分拉伸强度的线性加和值相近。The blends of polybutene-1 and linear low density polyethylene (PB-1/LLDPE) were prepared by melt blending through brabender single screw extruder. Morphology, crystallization and mechanical properties were studied via scanning electron microscope (SEM) , polarized optical microscopy (POM) , differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and mechanical testing machines, respectively. The results showed that PB-1 and LLDPE phases in the blends had some interaction. After adding the LLDPE, the PB-1 formed small crystal and the crystal of two components became perfect, the tensile strength of the blends was closed to the values obtained by the linear addition method.
