摘  要:近年来,磁性材料(包括顺磁性和抗磁性材料)在磁场中的诱导取向行为已受到人们的广泛关注。综述了聚合物基各向异性复合材料的磁场诱导制备方法及其在多领域中的应用,介绍了磁场诱导制备法的优点,从各向异性磁化能和磁力矩的角度讨论了填料在磁场中的取向机理,阐述了磁场诱导制备复合材料力学性能、电性能、热性能的各向异性,并对磁场诱导填料取向制备各向异性复合材料的研究前景进行了评述。Recently, the alignment of magnetic materials (including paramagnetic and anti-magnetic materials) in magnetic field has been concerned widely. The application of anisotropic polymer composite in different fields and its preparation by magnetic induction are reviewed. Meanwhile, the advantages of magnetic inducing orientation are introduced. The orientation mechanism of filler in magnetic field is analyzed from the perspective of the anisotropic susceptibility energy and magnetic torque. The properties of anisotropie composite prepared in magnetic field such as mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties are illustrated. The prospects of preparing anisotropie polymer composite by magnetic induction technology are also reviewed.
