摘 要:针对实际生产环境下生产物流难以实现精准管理的问题,采用射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)标签标识物料与产品,在仓库进出口、重要工位部署RFID读写器,自动、实时、准确及详细地获取物料与在制品信息。在此基础上,设计了仓库RFID通道,实现了仓库与工位的电子看板(Portable Android Device,PAD)管理,通过在配送路径上分布式布置位置标签,实现配送过程的实时监控,采用JAVA、C#编程语言对生产物流实时管理系统进行开发,并对系统的读取成功率以及系统稳定性进行了验证。该系统已成功应用于上海大学上海市智能制造及机器人重点实验室,取得了良好的应用效果。In the actual production environment, it is difficult to achieve precise management of production logistics. To solve this problem, RFID tags are used to identity production materials and RFID readers are placed at some important workstations and warehouse channels. With this,the information of materials and Work In Product (WIP) in real-time production circumstance is obtained automatically and accurately. On this basis, designed a deployment of RFID channel under warehouse environment to re- alize the intelligent management of the warehouse with Portable Android Device (PAD). By labels distributed on the path to a- chieve real-time monitoring of the distribution processed. This research uses the JAVA, C# to develop the real-time logistics man- agement system of production, and verifies the reading success rate and the stability of system. This system has been successfully applied and achieves good application effect.
