Interfacial β Transcrystallinity in iPP/GF Composites at Different Fiber-Pulling Speeds

摘  要:以不同的速率牵引等规聚丙烯(iPP)熔体中的玻璃纤维(GF),并逐步增加剪切时间,得到了不同的iPP/GF界面结晶形貌。通过偏光显微镜(POM)观察以及对界面剪切应力的分析,研究了不同速率下形成界面β横晶的临界剪切时间以及在该时间范围内界面剪切应力随时间的变化关系。结果表明,在10,30,60,90μm/s的牵引速率下,所需临界剪切时间分别为220,105,60,50s;所有牵引速率下界面剪切应力随剪切时间均先快速增大,在出现1个平台期后又逐步上升;界面剪切应力随牵引速率的增大而增大。Through pulling glass fiber (GF) at different pulling speeds in isotactic polypropylene (iPP) melt, distinct interracial crystalline morphologies with increasing shearing time in iPP/GF samples were obtained. According to the observation of POM and the analysis of interracial shear stress, the critical shearing time for forming β transcrystallinity at different fiber-pulling speeds were calculated, and the relationship between interracial shear stress and shearing time was explored. The results show that the critical shearing time for different fiber-pulling speeds of 10, 30, 60 and 90 μm/s are 220, 105, 60 and 50 s, respectively. At different fiber-pulling speeds, all the interracial shear stresses versus shearing time increase sharply at first, and then hold at a plateau value, and subsequently rise up again. Meanwhile, the interracial shear stresses enhance with the increasing of fiber-pulling speeds.
