摘 要:分别以丙烯酸酯类树脂(ACR)和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)作改性剂,对改性的聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)共混体系的结构与性能进行了研究。试验中分析研究了2种不同改性剂的用量对PCTFE力学性能、断面形态和结晶行为的影响。结果表明:当ACR,PVDF用量分别为6份时,PCTFE的冲击强度大幅度提高,而对拉伸强度、弯曲强度影响不大,改性后PCTFE共混体系冲击强度也提高了;扫描电子显微镜分析表明,2种改性剂改性后的共混体系断面相对粗糙,显示出较明显的韧性断裂特征;差示扫描量热分析表明,改性剂改变了体系的结晶行为,共混体系结晶度显著下降。Using acrylic resin (ACR) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as two different modifiers, the structure and properties of toughening polytrifluorochloroethylene (PCTFE) blends were studied. The effect of content of two different modifiers on the mechanical properties of PCTFE, section morphology and crystallization behavior were analyzed. The results show that when the content of ACR and PVDF is 6 phr respectively, the impact strength of modified PCTFE increases, and the tensile strength and flexural strength are not affected. The impact strength of the modified PCTFE blends increases. SEM analysis shows that two kinds of the modified PCTFE sections are relatively rough, showing obvious ductile fracture characteristics. DSC analysis shows that the modifiers change the crystallization behavior of the system, and the degree of crystallinity of the system significantly decreases.
