摘 要:以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基体,分别用聚丙烯(PP)、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)及三元乙丙橡胶接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(EPDM-g-GMA)作为改性剂分别对PC进行改性。用双螺杆挤出机制备不同配比的PC/PP共混物,探究了不同含量PP改性PC后的力学及加工性能。结果表明,加入2份的PP既可明显提高PC的加工性能又能保留PC的透明性;利用扫描电镜观察质量比98∶2的PC/PP及PC/EPDM-g-GMA合金的断面剥离形貌,发现PC/EPDM-g-GMA界面结合力有较大增强,且共混体系的力学性能也有明显改善。PC was modified by PP,PP-g-MAH and EPDM-g-GMA respectively. Different components of PC/PP blends were prepared by twin screw extruder. The mechanical and processing properties of PC/PP were explored. The results show that the processing performance of the PC with 2 phr PP were significantly improved and the transparency of the PC retained. Scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the stripping section morphology of PC/PP and PC/EPDM-g-GMA alloy respectively when the mass raio of PC/PP or PC/EPDM-g-GMA is 98 : 2. PC/EPDM-g-GMA interfaeial bonding strength is greatly enhanced, and the mechanical properties of the blend are also improved significantly.
