摘  要:新郑国际机场T2航站楼大跨度大截面预应力转换梁采用天然地基承载、水平分层施工方案,钢筋工程采用"预制支吊架,先摆主筋后套箍筋,整体同步下滑就位"的新技术、新工艺,解决了转换梁工期紧、荷载大、钢筋直径大、钢筋间距小、混凝土体积大、冬期施工技术要求高等带来的施工难题,施工效率提高了4倍以上,施工质量优良,施工过程安全。The large span prestressed conversion beam in Xinzheng International Airport T2 terminal adopts the natural foundation bearing,horizontal layered construction scheme. The steel bars work adopts a new technology: prefabricated scaffold,firstly finish the main steel bars work and secondly set the stirrups,in the end integrated lay the steel bars synchronously in place by prefabricated hangers. The new technology solves the construction problem made by tight period,heavy load,large rebar diameter,mass concrete and winter construction. The construction efficiency is improved by more than 4 times and the construction quality is excellent,the construction process is safe.
