超大型杯形基础与柱脚锚埋组合施工技术

摘　　要：某单层超高科技厂房工程基础均为超大型杯形基础,为解决格构柱脚安装过程中定位困难,无法校正调平等施工难题,通过综合柱脚锚固式和埋入式安装的各自优点,改变由杯形基础→安装柱脚→定位调平→二次浇筑依次施工的传统方法,创新性地研制出一种全新针对超大杯形基础与格构柱脚整体后现浇的综合施工技术,降低施工难度和风险,保证了施工安全和质量。The foundation of a single-layer ultra-high science and technology plant is ultra-large cup-type foundation. In order to solve the problems in positioning and correction of the lattice column foot,this paper changes the traditional methods of cup base firstly,installation column foot secondly,and then positioning and leveling, and secondary pouring construction at last combining the advantages of anchoring and embedding in the column foot. Then this paper innovatively develops a new cast-in-situ technology in the whole for the ultra-large cup-type foundation and lattice column foot,which reduced the difficulty and risk of construction,and ensured the safety and quality.
