摘 要:本文以油-水界面张力为指标,考察了碳酸钠质量分数(WNa2O3)在0.0%~1.2%时,鼠李糖脂(RL)和槐糖脂(SL)两种糖脂类生物表面活性剂复配体系的界面性能,进而通过岩芯驱替模拟实验考察具有不同界面性能的复配体系对胜利原油的驱替效果.结果表明,WNa2CO3≥0.2%时和WNa2CO3≥0.6%时,RL/SL/Na2CO3复配体系动态界面张力和平衡界面张力即可分别达到超低界面张力数量级范围.模拟岩芯驱替实验结果表明,复配体系动态界面张力最低值达到超低界面张力时,胜利原油的采收率可显著提高22.80%~30.30%.同时,RL/SL/Na2CO3复配驱油体系提高原油采收率较单独Na2CO3驱油体系高2倍左右,表明RL/SL/Na2CO3复配后在提高原油采收率方面具有协同增效作用.In this study,both the equilibrium interfacial tension (IT) and dynamic IT of rhamnolipid (RL)-sophorolipid (SL) mixed biosurfactants system with the mass fraction of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) at range of 0.0% ~ 1.2% were investigated,and efficiency of the "RL/SL/Na2CO3" system possessing different equilibrium and dynamic interfacial tension was also evaluated through the core simulation experience of oil displacement.The dynamic IT of the system came to the ultralow degree at the mass fraction of Na2CO3 as low as 0.2 %,while the equilibrium IT of the system met the standard of ultralow only at the mass fraction of Na2CO3 as high as 0.6%.The oil displacement system (ODS) possessing the dynamic IT value as low as 10-3 mN/m,could enhance the oil recovery as high as 22.80% ~30.30%,which indicated it is necessary for the ODS to decrease the value of the oil-water dynamic IT until meeting the ultralow degree.On the other hand,the enhancing-oil recovery of "RL/SL/Na2CO3" system was twice more than the sole Na2CO3 system,which indicated there is synergistic effect for enhancing oil recovery between the components in the RL/SL/Na2CO3 system.
