摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病以过食肥甘和情志不遂为基本病因,其病位在肝脾,以肝郁脾虚为本,痰/浊、湿、瘀为标,治疗以调肝理脾为治疗大法。文章以20多位名医治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的经验为基础,简述了各位名医从调肝理脾论治本病的临床策略和用药规律。Excessive fat and emotional depression are basic causes of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease .Pathogenic locations of the disease are live and spleen;the pathogenesis of the disease is liver stagnation and spleen deficiency;and the symptoms usually re-fer to sputum /turbidity, dampness, blood stasis.Treatment of the disease mainly depends on regulating liver and spleen .Based on the experiences of more than 20 famous TCM doctors , this article analyzed their treatment strategies and medication rules of treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with method of regulating liver and spleen .
