摘  要:采用高温高剪切技术,利用自制不同脱硫度橡胶制备了脱硫橡胶改性沥青,探讨了脱硫橡胶在沥青中的分散效果以及对沥青的改性效果。结果表明,脱硫度较高的橡胶在沥青中的分散效果较好,其改性沥青的存储稳定性较好,粘度得到有效降低,施工难度得到有效改善。利用废胶粉/脱硫橡胶共混物制备的改性沥青可提高路用性能,改善沥青与橡胶的结合稳定性。The asphalt modified with the self-made rubber with different desulfurization degree was prepared by using high temperature,high shear process, and the dispersive effect of the devulcanized rubber in the asphalt and the modified effect were discussed. The results showed that the dispersive effect of the rubber having high desulfurization degree was good in asphalt, the storage stability of the modified asphalt was also good, the viscosity of the modified asphalt was effectively reduced, the process became easy, but the basic performances were improved little. The modified asphalt prepared with useless rubber powders/devulcanized rubber blend could improve the road performances of asphalt, the storage stability of rubber/the modified asphalt was improved.
