摘　　要：采用内添加法将氟化剂加入到橡胶中,在胶料配方设计合理、原材料符合质量标准以及胶料制造工艺正确的前提下,降低了制品摩擦系数和磨耗量,提高了生产效率和产品表面光洁度。阐述了纳米氟化剂PTFE微粉在NBR、HNBR、ACM、CR、FKM和EPDM等橡胶中的应用情况和适宜用量,展示了部分橡胶制品的图片。Based on the reasonable compound formula, the friction coefficient and wear loss of rubber materials were decreased by adding fluorating agent to rubber compound, and the productivity and surface fineness of the product were improved. The application and optimum addition of PTFE micro- powder in NBR, HNBR,ACM,CR,FKM and EPDM were described. Some fluorinating rubber products were showed.
