摘　　要：从跟踪与数据中继卫星系统(Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System,TDRSS)的基本通信原理入手,开展基于中继卫星系统的导弹远程监控通信能力检验评估研究,利用模糊层次分析方法搭建了基于中继卫星系统的远程监控通信能力评估体系框架,对评估模型的构建进行了详细阐述,并给出了几个重要评估指标的计算方法,通过评估实施和对评估结果数据的分析,构建的评估体系和方法能够对导弹远程监控通信能力进行有效评估,方法有效、可行。Researches about assessing system of missile flight monitoring and control based on Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System（ TDRSS） are carried out. Fuzzy-AHP method is used to build the framework of communication capacity assessing system. The assessing model is introduced in detail as well as the most important assessing index calculation methods. Missile flight data and assessing results are also presented and analyzed.
