摘 要:为从理论上分析LD端面泵浦Nd:Gd VO4激光器的输出特性,获得Nd:Gd VO4及同类晶体激光输出特性的理论依据,以理想四能级系统激光器速率方程为基础,推导出激光器输出功率方程。并以此方程为依据,数值模拟和分析了振荡光斑、腔内损耗这两个参数在同一泵浦功率下对Nd:Gd VO4全固态激光器输出特性的影响。结果表明,激光输出功率随着振荡光斑半径的增大而先增大后减小,随腔内损耗呈线性递减变化。与同类晶体Nd:YVO4和Nd:YAG的对比和分析结果验证了Nd:Gd VO4作为激光晶体的优越性。We have carried out theoretical research on the output characteristics of Nd:GdVO4 laser of LD end-pumped in this paper and deduced the equation of the laser output power, which is based on the ideal four-level system rate equations and crystal's conditions.According to the rate equation, numerical simulation and analysis of many factors such as pumping and oscillating beams, intracavity loss, and etc, are performed.The result shows that the laser output power increases at first and decreases later with the enlargement of the oscillation spot radius and decreases linearly with the cavity loss .The advantages of Nd:GdVO4 crystal has been verified through comparison and analysis of the similar crystal like Nd:YVO4 and Nd:YAG .
