摘　　要：分析了门框与安全门联接时铰链安装孔、槽处原来需要3道工序3副模具才能成形,增加了设备、模具和人力成本,为解决此难题,经三维建模与分析,设计了一副复合模,将3道工序合并在一副模具中完成。经生产实践证明:模具能有效解决各部位相对位置错位的问题,使生产效率提高到原来的3倍,降低了制造成本。Three dies were required to form a mounting hole and slot for hinge, which connecting a door frame and a safety door. To reduce the equipments, dies and labor cost, a set of compound die that finished the three processes was designed through 3D modeling and analysis. The practical production showed that dislocation problem was effectively solved and the production efficiency increased 3 times.
