摘　　要：介绍了开关按钮的注射模设计,内部倒扣采用方推杆二次顶出形式实现强制脱模,合理设计冷却系统保证了良好的冷却效果。生产实践证明:模具结构合理,脱模顺利,成型周期短,塑件质量满足使用要求。An injection mould for a switch button was designed. The internal undercut was forced demoulding with secondary ejection by a square ejector pin. The cooling system was reasonably designed to ensure a good cooling effect. The practice showed that the mould structure was reasonable and demoulding smoothly.
