摘　　要：中国国家建设对少数民族地位的发展取得了显著的成效。依法治国的理念使公民社会的建设提上日程,少数民族区域的公民社会的建设也是现代中国治理的需要,培育少数民族公民社会将以法治精神促进国家认同、制度认同、文化认同、治理认同和民族团结,实现中华民族的共同繁荣。The development of Chinese national construction has achieved ftuitful results about ethnic status. The concept of ruling the country by law has made the construction of civil society be on the agenda, China＇s modern governance need the construction of civil society in ethnic regions, Fostering the construction of civil society in ethnic regions is based on the spirit of ruling by law, it can promote the national identity, system identification, cultural identity, governance identity and national unity, it can realize the common prosperity of the Chinese nation.
