摘  要:目的探讨八通道体部线圈在心脏形态学及运动功能的磁共振成像中的应用价值。方法运用1.5T磁共振扫描仪,分别连接八通道体部线圈及心脏线圈对30名健康志愿者进行心脏形态学及运动功能扫描,依据美国心脏协会(AHA)推荐的心脏断层标准获得心脏断层图像,包括左心室水平长轴位(HLA)、左心室垂直长轴位(VLA)、左心室短轴位(SA),将两组运用不同线圈扫描得到的图像进行对比分析,包括图像信噪比、线性测量及容积测量等心功能参数,研究其相关性。结果运用心脏线圈扫描得到的图像信噪比高,而在线性测量及容积测量等心功能参数对比分析中,两者无明显差异,r=0.66-0.80,P<0.05。结论运用八通道体线圈进行心脏磁共振检查,可以获得标准的心脏断层图像以及可靠的心功能参数。Objective To investigate the application value of eight-channels body coil of MRI in cardiac morphology and movement function imaging. Methods The research carried out in heart morphology and movement function scans of 30 healthy volunteers by using 1.5T magnetic resonance scanner which were respectively connected with the eight channel body coil and the coil of heart. The images obtained by different coil scan on the basis of American Heart Association(AHA)standard including left ventricular long axis(HLA)level,left ventricular long axis vertical position(VLA)and left ventricle (SA).The images of the two groups obtained by different coil scan were compared on the parameters of image signal-to-noise ratio,linear measurement and volume measurement of cardiac function.At the same time their correlations were further studied.Results There were high signal-to-noise ratio images by using car diac coil scan, but no significant difference was shown between the two groups in comparison analysis of linear mea- surement and volume measurement of heart function parameters (r=-0.66-0.80, P〈0.05).Gonclusion The use of eight channel body coil in cardiac magnetic resonance scan can obtain standard and reliable parameters of heart function.
