抗癌药物8-氮鸟嘌呤的示波极谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：研究抗癌药物 8-氮鸟嘌呤的示波极谱分析方法 .在 0 .1 mol/L H2 SO4 底液中 ,8-氮鸟嘌呤于 - 1 .0 3 V产生一灵敏的极谱还原波 ,峰电流与 8-氮鸟嘌呤浓度在 1 .0× 1 0 -8～ 9.0× 1 0 -5mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系 ,检测下限达 9.0× 1 0 -9mol/L,回收率在 95 %～ 1 0 3 %之间 .The paper repoets a oscillographic polarography method for determination of trace anti-cancer medication 8-azaguanine. In 0.1 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution, a sensitive reduction peak of 8-azaguanine is obtained with peak potential of -1.03 V/s. The peak currents are linear relationship with 8-azaguanine concentrations in the range of 1.0×10 -8 ~9.0×10 -5 mol/L with detection limit of 9.0×10 -9 mol/L. The detect recovery is between 95% and 103%.
