摘 要:研究了二维光子晶体结构的带隙宽度随溶液浓度变化的关系,选择二维三角晶格光子晶体(Si和Ge)作为基底,在空气孔内填充待测质量摩尔浓度不同的混合二元溶液材料,得到了二元溶液填充的光子晶体在不同偏振模式下光子禁带结构。结果表明,溶液的质量摩尔浓度变化与晶体禁带宽度接近线性关系,而线性相关程度受背景介质柱材料的影响。不同背景基底晶格的光子晶体带隙宽度随溶液质量摩尔浓度的不同,其光子带隙(PBG)发生变化。这在溶液质量摩尔浓度检测应用方面有一定的指导作用。By using the plane-wave expansion method and fast-Fourier transform method, two dimensional photonic band structure is calculated. A two-dimensional triangular lattice photonic crystal (Si and Ge) is used as the substrate, and the air hole is filled with different molality of mixed binary solution materials under test. The photonic band gap of the photonic crystal filled with binary solution under different polarization modes is obtained. Simulation experiments show that the molality of solution has a linear relationship with photonic band gap width, and that the linear correlation degree is affected by background medium column material. When the binary solution is used as the dielectric material of the air hole, the photonic band gap (PBG) changes with different molality of the solution quality. This research has a certain guiding function in solution mass fraction detection applications.
