摘 要:针对传统棉织物冷轧堆前处理过程中存在碱和双氧水用量大,生产周期长,效率低的问题,以自制过渡金属盐混合物、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、焦磷酸钠为原料制备了一种新型氧漂活化剂,并通过单因子及正交试验确定了其在纯棉织物冷轧堆新工艺中最佳应用条件:H2O2质量浓度30 g/L,Na OH质量浓度30 g/L,活化剂质量浓度6 g/L,渗透剂质量浓度3 g/L,堆置时间7 h,轧液率100%,温度为室温。该工艺条件下,织物白度为84.2%,强力为682.7 N,30 min毛效为8 cm。结果表明,新工艺不仅可使织物获得较好的处理效果,还能在一定程度上减少碱和双氧水用量,缩短堆置时间,提高效率,降低生产成本。Aiming at the problem on large amount of alkali and hydrogen peroxide, long production cycle and low efficiency in conventional cold pad pre-treatment of cotton fabric, a new type of oxygen bleaching activator was prepared from homemade transition metal salt mixture, CMC and pyrophosphate, and through single factor and orthogonal experiments, the best conditions for new cold pad pretreatment for cotton fabric were as follows: the mass concentration of H2O2 was 30 g/L, the mass concentration of NaOH was 30 g/L, the mass concentration of activator was 6 g/L, the mass concentration of penetrant was 3 g/L, batching time was 7 h, mangle was 100% and temperature was room temperature. Under above conditions, the fabric whiteness was 84.2% , strength was 682.7 N and capillary effect was 8 cm when immersion 30min. The results showed that the new process not only can make the fabric to obtain better treatment effect but also can reduce the amount of alkali and hydrogen peroxide, shorten stacking time, iml3rove efficiency and lower production costs
