摘  要:使用以硝酸铝为母体制备的纳米氧化铝溶胶对棉织物进行整理。通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)对不同铝含量溶胶处理棉织物的铝含量进行测定,并分别采用Langmuir吸附模型和Freundlich吸附模型对纳米氧化铝溶胶在棉织物上的吸附模型进行研究。模拟结果表明,氧化铝溶胶在棉织物上的吸附同时符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附模型。在Langmuir吸附等温方程中,最大吸附量为126.19 mg/g,吸附系数为4.23×10-3L/g,相关系数为0.997 2。在Freundlich等温吸附模型中,吸附系数为0.64,常数为1.095,相关系数为0.997 8。Langmuir模型的相关系数低于Freundlich模型,表明氧化铝在棉织物上的吸附更适合用Freundlich吸附模型描述,说明纳米氧化铝在棉织物上的吸附以氢键和范德华力结合为主。Cotton fabric was treated with nano alumina sol with AI(NO3)3 as precursor. The content of alumina sol on cotton fabric was determined by ICP. The kinetics adsorption of nano alumina sol on cotton fabric was simulated with Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models. The simulation showed that the alumina adsorption of cotton fabric matches Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms equation well. For Langmuir adsorption model, the adsorption of nano alumina sol on cotton fabric belongs to monolayer chemical adsorption with the maximum adsorption capacity 126.19mg/g, adsorption coefficient 4.23 × 10^-3 L/g and correlation coefficient 0. 997 2. For Freundlich adsorption model, adsorption coefficient is 0.64 with constant 1. 095 and correlation coefficient O. 997 8. The bigger correlation coefficient on Freundlich model indicates that the alumina sol adsorption of cotton fabric better matches Freundlich adsorption isotherms equation. It suggests that the hydrogen bond and van der Waals force are the main interaction between alumina and cotton fabric.
