摘 要:基于浙江纺织产业发展的特征事实,构建了产业链与技术链融合度的计量模型并对浙江纺织产业分阶段进行了测算。结果显示,在2005—2008年和2009—2012年的2个阶段,浙江纺织产业链与技术链之间的融合程度都处于中级融合水平,技术链明显落后于产业链,属于典型的技术链滞后型产业。这意味着产业链与技术链的深度融合是解决浙江纺织产业连与技术链失衡问题的重要方式。浙江纺织业应充分利用产业链相对完善的比较优势,从产业链的上游、中游、下游和全链4个层面进行技术创新、组织创新、市场创新和集成创新,从而构建起与产业链相匹配的技术链。Based on the fact that Zhejiang textile industry characteristics, a measurement model about the integration of the industry chain and the technology chain is constructed for calculating Zhejiang textile industry in stages. The results showed that in the stages of 2005--2008 and 2009--2012, the degree of integration of the Zhejiang textile industry chain and the technology chain are in the integration of intermediate level. And the technology chain significantly lags behind the industry chain, and Zhejiang textile industry is a typical lagging technology-based industries. This means that the depth of the integration of the industry chain and the technology chain is an important way to solve imbalances between industry chain and technology chain of Zhejiang textile industry. Zhejiang textile industry should utilize a relatively complete industrial chain of comparative advantage and adopt technological innovation, organizational innovation, market innovation and integrated innovation from upstream, midstream, downstream, and the whole chain of the industry chain in order to built up the technology chain matching with the industry chain.
