摘 要:针对功能性杂化纤维制备过程中微纳米无机粒子分散困难、易于团聚等问题,归纳了传统的无机粒子分散性表征方法,介绍了太赫兹时域光谱、超声波、X射线相衬成像等新技术。通过综合传统方法和新技术,提出构建以光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)法为主,间接法为辅,并尝试纳入超声法、太赫兹时域光谱及X射线相衬成像新技术的多级粒径联合评价体系,为深入探究分散性表征方法提供参考。Aiming at the problems on difficult dispersion and easy agglomeration of micro-nano inorganic particles in the preparation process of functional hybrid fibers, the conventional characterization methods of inorganic particles dispersion were summarized and new techniques such as terahertz time-domain spectroscopy, ultrasonic wave and X-ray uhramicroscopy were introduced as well. The investigation suggests that none of the methods can fully reflect dispersion state of inorganic particles in blending system. In the paper, the multi-level particle size evaluation system was proposed, which is mainly composed of 3M method including OM, SEM and TEM, and assisted by indirect methods. Besides, an attempt using incorporation terahertz time-domain spectroscopy, ultrasonic wave and X-ray ultramicroscopy into the evaluation system was made, which provides reference on the further characterization methods of inorganic particles dispersion.
