摘  要:目的定量测定黄连上清丸中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Ca、As和Hg,并比较石膏存在下测定的差异。方法样品经微波消解,选择合适的基体改进剂,采用石墨炉法测定Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定Ca,氢化物-原子吸收法测定As,冷原子吸收法测定Hg。结果 7种金属元素的回收率为96.7%~103.7%,RSD为1.3%~2.8%。结论本实验的改进剂消除了高钙干扰能准确测出11个生产企业的黄连上清丸中重金属含有量。AIM To study the contents of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ca, As, and Hg in Huanglian Shangqing Pills in the influence of high calcium originated from gypsum. METHODS Samples were digested with microwave diges- tion system, and suitable matrix modifiers were chosen and employed on the determination of Pb, Cd, Cr, and Cu by GFAAS, Ca was determined by FAAS, As was determined by HG-AAS and Hg was determined by CV-AAS. RESULTS The recoveries of the seven metal elements were 96.7% - 103.7% , RSDs were 1.3% - 2.8% , re- spectively. CONCLUSION The modifiers selected from experiments can delete the interference of high calci- um, and test the heavy metal contents existed in Huanglian Shangqing Pills from eleven manufacturers.
