升白合剂的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立一种便捷、准确检测升白合剂的质量的方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对升白合剂中补骨脂、淫羊藿、虎杖进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定黄芪甲苷和淫羊藿苷的量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,重复性好;黄芪甲苷在4.326~43.260μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）,平均加样回收率98.0%,RSD为1.7%（n=6）;淫羊藿苷在0.312~12.480μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率102.0%,RSD为1.9%（n=6）。结论本法操作简便、准确,重复性好,能够有效控制升白合剂的质量。AIM To establish the quality standard for Shengbai Mixture. METHODS Psoraleae Fructus, Epimedii Folium, Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix were identified by thin-layer chromatography （TLC）, and the content of astragaloside A and icariin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. RESULTS The TLC spots developed were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. As to the HPLC methods, a good linearity was shown in the range from 4. 326 μg to 43. 260 μg for astragaloside A （ r = 0. 999 7） with 98.0% the average recovery rate and 1.7% RSD, in the range from 0. 312 txg to 12. 480 μg for icariin （r = 0. 999 9） with 102.0% the average recovery rate and 1.9% RSD. CONCLUSION The methods are simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of Shengbai Mixture.
