双级固井中双级箍存在的问题分析及对策

摘　　要：深井、超深井及各种复杂井大量使用双级固井技术,促使科研人员研发了各种尺寸的双级箍。现场使用的双级箍存在打开困难或打不开,打开后不能建立循环,关闭不严,提前打开、关闭,钻除内套后试不住压及替空等问题。在总结双级箍存在问题的基础上,借助典型井例对各个问题进行了剖析,对各种问题提出了解决措施和建议,旨在提高双级固井质量,提高我国的双级箍研发水平,减少钻井事故的发生,降低钻井成本。Extensive applications of two stage cementing technology in deep, ultra-deep wells and varieties of complex wells lead to various sizes of two-stage collar developed by researchers. On-site applications of two-stage collar have encountered many issues, like open difficulty, open failure, unable to establish circulation after the open, close false, premature opening or closing, pressure test false after drilling out inner sleeve and over dis- placement. The two-stage collar issues are summed up and each issue are analyzed by case study. Proposals and so- lutions have been put forward to improve the quality of two-stage cementing, aiming at enhancing R ＆ D on two- stage collar, eliminating cementing accidents and reducing costs.
