摘 要:目前国内外的水下控制系统多采用复合电液控制方案,该方案中各单元参数对项目投资和安全生产具有重要影响。采用Simulation X软件建立了水下液压控制系统模型,研究了阀门液压管路闭式连接及开式连接时阀门的打开和关闭时间,分析了水深、回接距离、脐带缆液压管径、水下蓄能器容积、蓄能器预充压力及工艺介质操作压力对阀门开启和关闭时间的影响。分析结果表明,脐带缆液压主回路采用闭式连接条件下,阀门管路采用闭式连接较开式连接有利于阀门更快关闭,对于开式连接可通过设置快速泄放阀来提高阀门关闭速度;较高的阀门外部海水压力和较低的工艺介质操作压力有利于阀门开启;设置水下蓄能器阀门开启响应时间较无蓄能器明显加快,选择较大的脐带缆液压管径和蓄能器容积有利于阀门开启,水下蓄能器预充压力高低应适中。Currently, most subsea control systems are electro-hydraulic controlled. In this controt scheme, parameters of each unit have a significant impact on project investment and production safety. SimulationX software is used to establish subsea hydraulic control system model. The valve open and close time with closed loop and open hydraulic circuit are studied. The effects of the water depth, tieback distance, hydraulic pipe diameter umbilical cable, subsea accumulator volume, subsea accumulator precharge pressure and the process media operating pres- sure on the valve open and close time are analyzed. The results show that, with the umbilical cable main hydraulic circuit using closed loop connection, the closed loop hydraulic circuit is better than open hydraulic circuit for rapid valve close. For the open hydraulic circuit of valve, rapid valve close could be achieved by install a quick relief valve. Higher external sea water pressure and lower process media operating pressure has a positive impact on valve opening, but has a negative impact on valve closing. Installing a subsea accumulator could result in a significant shorter valve opening response time. Larger umbilical cable hydraulic pipe diameter and larger subsea hydraulic ac- cumulator volume, but an appropriate subsea accumulator volume, are in favor of the valve opening.
