摘  要:通过差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜、原子力显微镜等研究了质量比80/20的聚环氧乙烷(PEO)与聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)的共混结晶热力学、结晶形貌、多次熔融重结晶行为。实验结果表明,共混不利于二者的结晶,但熔点低的PEO起到溶剂化作用,使PBS分子链更加规整的折叠排列,晶体完善度提高。共混物熔融结晶时PBS为PEO结晶提供了环带球晶框架:过冷度低时PEO片晶沿着PBS片晶生长,且晶体致密;过冷度高时,PEO片晶的生长不能完全复制PBS的片晶生长方式,在遵循形成环带球晶框架的基础上,PEO片晶按物质自身需求方式生长。此外,共混物在多次经历135℃→80℃→40℃的热处理时,PEO会发生团聚,共混物球晶不再是环带球晶,球晶半径逐渐增大。而PEO在屡次加热中被氧化,以无定形态聚集在两个共混物球晶之间。Crystallization thermodynamics, crystallization morphology, recrystallization behavior ot many times were investigated in blends of poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)and poly(butylenen succinate)(PBS)with weight ratio 80 / 20, by differential scanning calorimetry, optical microscope and atomic force microscope. Experimental results indicate that miscibility is unfavorable to the crystallization of PEO/PBS. But PEO, which serves as solvent, benefit for the chain fold of PBS, and make a more perfect crystal. The PBS component offers PEO banded sphcrulite framework during crystallization process. The PEO lamellae grow compactly and are almost aligned with the PBS lamellae under a small degree of undercooling, while the PEO lamellae grows by their own way in banded spherulite framework under a big degree of undercooling,The experiments also indicate that if the sample go through several times heat treatment, the crystal, with a bigger spherulite size, is no longer banded spherulite. The PEO component is oxidized during several times heat, and gathers in amorphous state between the two spherulites.
