老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病60例临床分析

摘　　要：分析研究老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的临床诊治方法与效果。方法:选取我院收治的60例老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者,结合患者病症的临床诊治情况,对其病例资料以及诊治效果进行回顾性总结和分析。结果;60例老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者在经抗甲状腺药物以及强心药、抗心律失常药等药物控制治疗后,甲状腺功能亢进以及心脏病症状都得到了相应的控制和改善,部分患者病症消失。结论:临床中,在对于老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病进行诊断确认后,给予相应的对症治疗和控制,具有较好的效果,值得临床借鉴和参考。Objective : To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment methods and effect analysis of elderly hyperthyroid heart disease.Methods : the hospital treated 60 cases of elderly patients with hyperthyroid heart disease, combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease, the clinical data and the treatment results were retrospectively summarized and analyzed.Results : 60 cases of elderly patients with hyperthyroid heart disease control in the treatment of antithyroid drugs and cardiac drugs, anti arrhythmic drugs, hyperthyroidism and heart disease have been improved and the corresponding control, part of the patients symptoms disappeared. Conclusion :in clinical, for elderly patients with hyperthyroid heart disease were confirmed the diagnosis, symptomatic treatment and control, has a good effect, worthy of clinical reference and reference.
