探讨腰椎管狭窄伴不稳定性腰椎退变性滑脱的手术治疗疗效

摘　　要：在治疗腰椎管狭窄伴不稳定性腰椎退变性滑脱患者时,对采用手术治疗的方式进行探讨,并对其临床疗效进行分析。方法:选取本院在2010年10月-2013年7月间收治的100例腰椎管狭窄伴不稳定性腰椎退变性滑脱患者,在术前常规对患者进行影像学检查,之后根据患者的状况,选择合适的手术方式。在手术结束后观察100例患者的临床效果以及术前术后滑脱情况的对比。结果:100例腰椎管狭窄伴不稳定性腰椎退变性滑脱患者经过不同手术方式治疗后,并对其进行3。6个月的随访,其中恢复优秀69例,恢复良好11例,恢复尚可19例,恢复差1例。且术后仍滑脱Ⅰ度的7例,术后滑脱Ⅱ度的2例。结论:在治疗腰椎管狭窄伴不稳定腰椎退变性滑脱根据影像学表现并结合患者症状体征,选择合适的治疗方式,有助提高疗效,利于病人恢复。Objectives To assess surgical treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis associated with unstable degenerative spondylolisthesis. Methods We selected 100 cases of lumbar this hospital in 2010 October----2013 year in July between the treated hose instability of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis with stenosis in routine before operation, the patients were imaging examination, then according to the patient' s condition, appropriate choice of operation method.Comparison of clinical effects of 100 patients with preoperative and postoperative slip at the end of the operation.Results 100 cases of lumbar spinal canal stenosis and instability of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis patients after treatment with different operation mode, and were followed up for 3~6 months to recover outstanding, 69 patients recovered well, 11 patients recovered well, there were 19 patients, there were 1 cases of poor recovery.And after the first degree of spondylolisthesis in 7 patients after operation, there were 2 cases of spondylolisthesis.Conclusions according to its radiological presentation, In the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis with degenerative spondylolisthesis instability, to improve the effectively of the recovery rate, I select the appropriate treatment.it is worth the clinical promotion.
