摘 要:根据CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构为单元板的特点,提出CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道路基沉降快速维修技术。通过抬升轨道板并增加填充层厚度的方式,在不破坏轨道结构的条件下对CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道路基沉降实现天窗内快速维修。通过采用乙烯基树脂和发泡橡胶材料克服了抬板后快速充填和密封两大技术难点,并制定了完善的施工工艺。本文所介绍的维修技术2013年在某线路沉降区得到实际应用,轨道结构抬升精确,效果良好。According to the unit plate characteristics of CRTS I slab-type ballastless track structure, rapid repair technology for subgrade settlement in CRTS I slab-type ballasdess track was put forward. By lifting track plate and increasing the thickness of the filling layer, rapid repair in skylight for subgrade settlement of CRTS I slab-type ballastless track was implemented under the condition of retaining complete track structure. Two technology difficulties including rapid filling and seating after plate lifting were overcome by using the vinyl resin and rubber foaming materials and a comprehensive construction technology was developed. The repair technology presented in this paper has been applied in settlement area of one railway line in 2013 ,uplifting of track structure is precise and the effect is good.
