摘 要:通过室内试验研究C30和C60两种混凝土的热峰时间、温峰时间、热峰值和最大温升随Ⅱ级粉煤灰掺量的变化规律。结果表明:两种混凝土的温峰时间均随粉煤灰掺量增加而呈延迟趋势,最大温升均随粉煤灰掺量增加而呈降低趋势,粉煤灰对C30混凝土的温升降低效应要强于C60;粉煤灰掺量对混凝土的抗压强度尤其是早期强度有较大影响,在粉煤灰掺量<40%时,混凝土的后期强度降低较小。此外,从理论上探讨了Ⅱ级粉煤灰对混凝土放热性能及强度的影响机理。The paper looks into two types of concrete-C30 and C60, and carries out indoor experimental study on grade Ⅱ fly ash amount and its influence on the thermal spike, its corresponding time, maximum temperature surge and the temperature spike time of both specimens. The results indicate that the increase of grade Ⅱ fly ash amount tends to put off the corresponding time for the occurrence of temperature spike, and at the same time lowers the maximum temperature surge. It needs to be mentioned that C30 specimen is more sensitive to ash's influence on temperature surge. In regard to compressive strength, grade Ⅱ fly ash amount stands as an influential factor at the beginning of the experiment, which as it reaches 40% tends to decline afterwards. The paper explores the influence of grade Ⅱ fly ash amount to the heat-releasing performance and compressive strength of concrete in theory and discusses the mechanism behind.
