摘　　要：晋商票号被称为我国金融史上最辉煌的一页,兴起于明初,衰败于清末,在商界活跃了五百多年,其足迹遍布全国各地及东南亚、欧洲等地,资本雄厚、经营项目广泛,以其诚信和创新思维将晋商票号推向中国金融业的顶峰,然而却在其蓬勃发展了百年后的清末迅速衰败。晋商票号经营的兴衰史,不但给我们带来了当时先进激励机制的经验,也给我们带来了当时监管体系缺失的教训。Shanxi Banks are known as one of the most billliant pages in the history of finance in our countly, from the beginning of Ming dynasty to the late of Qing dynasty, actively last in business for over 500 years, its footprints were all over the country anti Southeast Asia, Europe and other places, capital is abundant, the management project widely, for its integrity and innovative thinking will peak of Shanxi Banks into China＇s financial sector, but in its booming in one hundred after the rapidly decline in the late Qing dynasty.Shanxi Banks operating cycles, not only brings us to the advanced experience of incentive mechanism, but also brings us to the lack of supervision system of the lesson.This article from the shanxi Banks reflect China＇s regulatory functions in the cause of the decline of defects, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions of perfecting our cnuntry＇s regulatory system.
