摘　　要：专利资产价值评估是专利产业化的重要环节,但其准确性容易受到各种风险因素的影响。针对上述问题,研究首先基于过程视角构建了评估风险因素分析框架,并通过调查问卷和统计分析进行了实证研究,然后借鉴因子分析思想,提炼出专利资产评估的主要风险因素依次为评估机构风险、评估人员风险和信息资料风险,最后依据因素分析结果,对有效进行风险防范给出建设性建议,以利于评估质量的改进和提高。Evaluation of patent assets is an important link of the patent industrialization, but its accuracy is easily affected by various risk factors. Aiming at these problems, the paper firstly constructed the analysis framework of risk factors from the pro- cess perspective, then the paper carried on the positive study by making questionnaire and statistical analysis. It also refered to the idea of factor analysis and extracts the major risk factors in turn： appraisal institutions risks, assessors risks and information risks. Finally, according to the result of factors analysis, the paper provided constructive advices to effective guard against risks in order to improve the quality of evaluation.
