摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈、比较分析等研究方法,分析国内外竞技体育管理体制的模式,探究我国竞技体育管理体制发展中存在的问题,并从体育管理体制改革重要性和实践等方面,借鉴国外改革经验,研究转型过程中我国竞技体育管理体制的发展路径,提出对策。By using the methods of literature, expert interviews, comparative analysis, this paper analyses of home and abroad competitive sports management system model. To explore the existence problem of our country , s development of athletics sports management system, and from the reform of sports management system importance and practical aspects, reform of the abroad experience, research on the transformation of the development path of the of Chinese competitive sports management system, puts forward the countermeasures.
